1. Add the session you want to your basket.
2. Click Checkout and begin the 4-page checkout process.
CLINIC ATTENDEES: On page 3 (payment screen). enter the passcode on the schedule into the Offer Code box to eliminate the $40 price. Then choose "PO" as the payment method. You can only apply the code once per checkout so if you want all the notes (from all 4 topics), you will need to checkout 4 times since the offer code can only be applied once per checkout.
3. Complete the checkout process. You will be emailed a download link for the clinic notes/Videos.
