I just wanted thank you for the VS Vrooms you sent me a while back. I used them again yesterday for a tempo run on the track, and they felt great. I was running about 32-33sec/200m pace which, for me, is probably an ideal speed for those shoes. I've also run as fast as 29-30sec/200m in them and that speed wasn't a problem either, but If I ran much fast than that, I would just use 1500m spikes. They are good shoes overall - very stable for a racing flat and good heel cushioning. The only thing I didn't like was that they felt somewhat ridged and stiff the first time I put them on. However, not long after just walking around in them in my house, they broke in quite nicely.
