This is the 1st pair of oly shoes I have owned, but I noticed an immediate difference in stability when squatting. The shoe + $50 shipping to Australia was still cheaper than anything I could buy here. Size wise, I bought the same size as I wear in joggers and found the VS are a little smaller than usual, so I'd recommend either buying the same size if you like them tight or half a size bigger. Overall, very happy with my purchase!

Great Shoe!
This is my first purchase from VSA and I am extremely happy with the quality, look and price of the Dynamo. The shoes are very stable and certainly place you in better position and I noticed an immediate increase in performance. The delivery was fast and look forward to purchasing lifting shoes from VSA in the future.
