800g practice javelin
The javelin is said to be made of aluminum and legal. And the description on the site is true. Same weight and length as an official javelin, and the cord grip is still secure on there after thousands of throws over the past 4 years. While it doesn't throw so far, it does an excellent job at its purpose- a practice javelin that weighs, looks, and feels like a normal one just with reduced range. Anyone wanting to do lots of throws in a session without walking a mile to retrieve should get a few of these.
