Two person assisted running (overspeed) very effective for speed training.
Latex tubing stretches up to 20 yards, pulling the trail runner up to 20% faster than normal top speed.
Safety tubing prevents it from being overstretched.
Includes 20' of safety tubing and two easy-to-use waist belts.
Tubing should be replaced every two years.
