Please enter the Order Number you received in your e-mail preceded by an "i", like i11510 for order 11510. If you did not get such an e-mail, contact Custserv@vsathletics.com.
Keep in mind that we drop ship some items (send straight from the manufacturer to you) so you may not get any results at all. Most items ship from Torrance. If you used a school purchase order number, you can use that number as well (no preceding "i" required). You'll get better results waiting 2 days after the order is placed. Amazon.com orders can use their order number without the "i".
