The shoe runs a full size larger. I normally wear mens 9.5 (Brooks). Using VS athletics chart I chose a size 9 in the VS Power throw in hopes of a more glove like fit. The shoe way too big (we're talking a full thumb width in front of my big toe!). I had to exchange, at my shipping cost of $13, for a size 8 which fit fine. Be aware the sizing for this shoe is way off - order a full size smaller.
