Design your own training course with the Champion Sports Agility Plyo Hurdle Set, which features a full set of four hurdles. Accommodating for beginners or advanced athletes, these agility hurdles are height adjustable using the plastic swivel clips. Twist the swivel clips to connect the crossbar pole to the two upright poles. For indoor/outdoor use, this hurdle set comes with four crossbar poles and eight upright poles, eight dome bases and eight swivel clips. The bases can be filled for extra stability.

How many do you need? In a worst case scenario, a good timer using a photo based timing system can tell which runners are where in laned races (races that finish in lanes, i.e. 400m or less) by looking at his photo so you would only need numbers for distance races (800m and up). However, its nice to have them on ALL races. Most HS dual meets can get by with sets of 100. Any meet with over 4 schools should order rolls of 250.
