30 DAY RETURN POLICY:  WE HAVE A 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. ALWAYS USE OUR TORRANCE ADDRESS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE WEBSITE. DO NOT RETURN ITEMS AFTER THIS PERIOD UNLESS INSTRUCTED. WE CANNOT CREDIT TRANSACTIONS OLDER THAN 6 MONTHS. Items must be in store-bought condition with all accessories included (spikes, wrench, shoe bag, original box, etc.) No markings, alterations or modifications! Items deemed to be returned in used or un-sellable condition will not be accepted and returned back to you, at managements discretion. SOFTWARE IS NOT RETURNABLE. CUSTOM APPAREL (CUSTOM COLORS, SUBLIMATED, SCREENED, ETC.) IS NON-RETURNABLE. NO returns on footwear/shoes/spikes that have been worn in competition.

Please check with us FIRST if you need to exchange a size. The size you want may be unavailable. If it is available, we can mail it to you when we get your return. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

We cannot be responsible for items lost due to mis-shipped returns. You will not receive credit unless the item is returned to us.

All listed prices are subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to update the website as soon as changes are known. We are not responsible for any typographical errors or browser errors resulting in displaying incorrect information. All prices should match our catalog prices except Nike footwear which must be listed at full retail online. Any attempt to misuse or alter an order to make changes to items will result in the order being cancelled and the customer put on credit hold. Sale items are not subject to any other discounts. SKU codes that begin with a "Z" are drop shipped and cannot choose USPS shipping, you MUST choose a UPS service. 

New Balance items are excluded from any online coupons.

Shipping delivery times are carrier delivery times only. The item may not ship the day you order it. (i.e. 2-day shipping does not guarantee you have it in 2 days). Be sure your shipping address is correct. We will charge you extra fees if UPS charges us for address correction.

Ordering online using the walk-in shipping method does not guarantee free freight. If the item is NOT in stock we would need to order it and freight charges will apply. Call us for availability for walk-in orders.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Approved School Purchase Orders (faxed), Money Order, Personal Check (see below), and cashiers checks. We do not ship COD. We never charge your card until we have confirmation that the order has shipped from either our warehouse or the vendor's warehouse.

All personal checks are subject to complete verification. ANY MAILED CHECKS WILL BE HELD UNTIL CLEARED BY THE BANK BEFORE THE ORDER SHIPS. Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $20 or the maximum allowed by law. Other costs of collections and all penalties permitted by law will also be assessed.

All Online orders are transacted on a Secure server to protect credit card information. VS Athletics verifies the mailing address of all credit card orders to prevent fraud and will notify the credit card company if one is detected. For this reason, All international orders must fax a copy of their credit card billing statement since our electronic address verification system only handles U.S. addresses. We care about your security and never print your card number or expiration date on any billing materials.

  • IF ORDERING POLES: Please inspect poles for visible and concealed damage before signing the delivery receipt. We are not responsible for damage after the delivery receipt is signed and shipment is accepted. VAULTING POLES ARE NOT GUARANTEED AGAINST BREAKAGE!
  • All products must be returned in store bought condition including any accessories, spikes, spike wrenches, bags, etc...
  • All returns are the responsibility of the customer. To prevent loss, please ship by insured UPS.
  • Sorry, but we are unable to refund shipping and handling charges unless we were in error. This includes an item ordered in the wrong size, wrong color, or items worn or used after delivery.
  • Please include name, address and phone number in all return packages. A separate invoice will be mailed to the billing address on the order after confirmation of delivery. DO NOT RETURN DROP SHIPPED ITEMS TO THE MANUFACTURER, CALL US FOR RETURN ADDRESSES! We cannot be responsible for items lost due to mis-shipped returns.
