    For shoes: sizes are ADULT US MENS (UNISEX) unless it says Womens or W in the name. Women should order 1.5 less (ex. a womens 7 is a mens 5.5)

    Overspeed training is a fantastic technique to increase speed. 20’ safety sleeve elastic will stretch three times its original length to 60’. At 60’ with the waist belt end hooked to another runner or an anchored object, this harness will pull you faster than your top running speed and can also be used for many other drills such as leap-frog jumping. Adjustable harness fits SMALL-XXL.

    Safety Sleeve Elastic (patent pending) protects your athlete and yourself. Limits maximum safe stretch distance. If elastic breaks, it will coil inside sleeve preventing injury. Protects elastic from wear from roads, track etc. Also protects from overexposure to latex material.
